Is it healthy to be in physical activity all the time?

Its suggested that you should engage in vigorous physical activity at least 3 times per week. But what if you are constantly doing something physical whilst you are awake, like walking, or constantly moving, besides the Workout you would do at the gym. What are the benefits of doing this?
I goto the gym everyday alternating between weight training and cardio.

    yes its good to be physical all the time because you lose weight, grow muscles, and increase your metabolism also you get to live older and girls like that too.drink a lot of water
