Is Ocean Wonders Kick and Crawl Gym From Fisher Price The Best.

Fisher-Price’s Ocean Wonders Kick & Crawl Aquarium Gym, which costs under $36, is a combination of a mat, gym, and tunnel with three different modes of play: Lay-at, tummy time, and crawl-through. Measuring 23x17x40 inches in size and is suitable from birth to 18 months old.The kick and crawl activity gym has the ability to expand as your baby grows through different stagesIt has a variety of different activities that will keep your baby occupied for ages. The mat which has bright colours has two soft toy arches where the hanging toys are easily attached. These toys are magnificent for your baby to play with in the lay and play period. They are a fish that plays music, a fish with a spinning ball, a mirror that all babies love and a clear globe that your baby will love as they will be able to kick.
As for your babies tummy time well this activity centre has assorted attachment points around the mat that enable you to connect the different toys to.Your baby will will ba able to reach and play with the hanging toys and mirrors that will help your baby to strenthen their muscles. As soon as your baby is crawling you can exchange the gym into a tunnel by connecting the arches to the mat. You and your baby can play peek a boo through the mesh windows on the side of the tunnel and can look at the aquatic inside of the tunnel as they crawl through it. The toys can be attached to the arches that will add even more enjoyment for your baby.

This is not only a fantastic addition for your babies development but can be washed with the arches removed to make it easy to keep clean and bright.
Activity centres are another fantastic product to help with your babies development but some of these can work out to be quite expensive. Chosen wisely these can last your baby well into toddlerhood and are well worth the extra money if you can afford it. Try to go for a fabric material as you can usually wash these and they will always look good with the bright colours and different toys which you can add to if you like.
When you have your new baby you will no doubt recieve lots of presents and family and friend will be asking you what you would like. You can always tell them to buy an activity gym or activity centre but state which ones would be suitable for your new baby. You could ask others for other toys that attach to the baby gym or activity centre so that if money is tight none is wasted. Your baby will have lots of unique things as gifts including books, toys and clothes to nam e just a few and if you can help people choose presents that will be handy to you then all the better for you and your babyTo find out more about Baby Activity Gyms and Centres visit www.Babyactivitycentre.Org

How do you entertain a 4 month old?

How do you keep a 4 month old entertained or occupied so you can get stuff done around the house. My son is 4 months old and if I’m not carrying him, holding him or playing w/ him or taking him out somewhere, he is not happy. (literally screaming/crying) I love my son and love to do things with him (we go for walks, play, go out to the mall (he loves to be out) or just sit and read and talk to him. However, I have not been able to get my housework done for a couple of months(since he stopped sleeping so much). My house is a wreck and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried putting him in the bouncy chair in front of baby einstein DVD, but that lasts 10 min. Also tried the swing and that doesn’t last long. I would love to put him down on the floor on his activity gym, but our house is all tile floors and I don’t feel comfortable. (I keep the activity gym on the bed and he only lays on it while supervised.) PLEASE, any advice is welcome. I’ve got to get some stuff done!

Baby-Safe way to get rid of black widow spiders?

For some reason, for the past week we have been finding black widow spiders in our apartment! We’ve been killing them of course but we want to get rid of them completely. We have a 4 month old daughter though so we don’t know how to go about it without potentially harming her. But we also don’t want her to get bit! She doesn’t crawl and floor time on her activity gym mat and/or blanket can be moved to our bed(with supervision of course) for the time being if necessary. What should we do? Help!

What’s A Good Activity Center For Infants?

Hello. I am looking for a really good, and really decent activity gym (or activity center depending on where you search) for my infant son. He is only two weeks old now, so I’d like something he could use for the next year – or more.

We’ve looked at the baby einstein ones and can’t decide if it’s something he’d like or not. We’ve also checked Walmart, Babies ‘R Us, KMart, etc. and just can’t decide.

I would like a really bright and fun one, with a tummy mat and lots of things to keep his attention. Also something that’s fairly easy to put together as well as something that’s fairly easy to keep clean and maintain.

Thank you very much! If it’s easier you can also yahoo messanger me with any suggestions – I’m almost always online. Thanks again in advance!

Would this be okay to use for my cats?

I have 2 cats that LOVE little dangly plush toys. A friend of mine has one of those baby play mat things with little toys that dangle down. Her son has outgrown it and she asked me if i wanted it for the cats. Since she’s willing to give it to me I thought well, why not see if they like it? Is there any danger in letting my cats play with something like that as long as I inspect all the pieces to see if there is anything they could choke on? Here is a link to the type of play mat I’m talking about. It’s not the exact one but it’s close. Thanks for your opinions!|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318

How long did your child use a jumperoo?

I was wanting to get my 6 month old son the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo, but i’m not sure how long he would use it. He’s so interested in standing ALL the time. I just don’t want him to get bored or outgrow it. We had spent 70$ on a Baby Einstein Activity Gym May and he only played with that for a month and was done with it. I know the Jumperoo is about 80$. What did your 6 mth old like and stay interested in?
