What are some mentally stimulating (not lame for babies) activities for genius 4 yearolds?

My whole life I’ve always been somewhat of a downer, only accepting perfection in myself and others, but today my cousin amazed me.
She’s 4 years old and was able to develop a type of bow and shoot a pencil across the room. She always does this type of stuff, but lately she’s been kind of bored and getting into trouble.
I’m home almost 24/7 and was wondering if anyone new any mentally stimulating activities I could do with her?
She has about a gazillion barbies and Dora stuff and brats and frilly pink stuff, but she has unique ingenuity that I would like to help grow. So nothing for babies!
Maybe some interesting projects perhaps? She is able to grasp intricate concepts as well.
Any ideas?
Thank you! All answers are appreciated! (:
